On Why I Am Not Widely Sung

Dear Aunt Greta, my wife and I have given your statement

– "You should be widely sung" – some serious thought, and

we have concluded that the reason I’m not is because

I’m occasionally grumpy in the morning re where is the coffee.

My phone manner is sometimes brusque re is there any damn thing

else you need at the market and why the hell wasn’t your cell on.

Also, I fail to help change the children’s bedding, though I am

getting better at folding the laundry, so maybe I’ll be
